From the beginning Lakeland Water Treatment Limited has sought to be a service company that treats our customers and their needs with as much attention and care as we would expect to be treated ourselves.

We believe it starts first and foremost with communication and availability. Whether it’s by e-mail or phone all our reps and technicians are equipped with the most updated mobile devices to respond to you as quickly as possible. Once contacted all our service vehicles arrive on site fully stocked with parts for most makes and models of water treatment equipment. While it’s impossible to keep all the parts we might need, we do keep a stock of the most commonly replaced items.

Our Service Team’s philosophy is to not only fix your problem the first time, but educate you “the customer” as to what the root cause was and how to avoid it in the future. We follow up every call by e-mailing a full report detailing any repairs made, as well as, a full system analysis and if needed any recommendations for the future. We have found that sometimes not all problems with your system are obvious. Many times there could be unseen problems that could be adding to your overall operating cost.
